Aqua Zone | High Intensity

Aqua Zone is a fun and motivating way to exercise. Aqua Zone classes are expertly choreographed water based exercise routines paired with up-lifting music to get you moving.

It’s a low impact challenging workout that utilizes water resistance to improve strength, flexibility and cardiovascular
fitness. This class structure is designed for participants of all ages and levels of fitness.

The 45-minute class uses a range of aqua fitness equipment and are above average intensity making it ideal for
participants wanting to increase their fitness and is an ideal recovery workout for athletes.

Aqua Zone Classic | Medium Intensity

The 45-minute Aqua Zone Classic class involves a series of low impact exercises performed to classic music from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s in water using aqua equipment, combining elements of cardiovascular conditioning, strength and training.

Participants are encouraged to engage in movements such as leg lifts and arm exercises taking advantage of the water’s resistance to enhance muscle tone and overall fitness.

The buoyancy of the water reduces impact on joints making it suitable for a wide range of fitness levels or for those
starting out on their fitness journey.

Aqua Zone Flow | Low Intensity

Aqua Zone Flow is a low impact aqua fitness class designed for participants recovering from injury or seniors wanting
to increase their physical mobility. It is very gentle on joints while providing an effective fun workout.

Participants will exercise in the water, focusing on gentle movements that minimise stress on the body. These classes often include activities like walking in the water, gentle stretches and controlled movements to enhance flexibility and build strength.

The buoyancy of the water reduces impact making it ideal for individuals with joint concerns or those looking for a milder workout option.

The instructor will guide you through routines that
promote overall wellbeing in a supportive aquatic environment.
These 30-minute classes are typically without music and include the use of aqua exercise equipment.
